Our community deserves

  • Communication & Transparency

Prompt responses to your questions and timely announcements about events and issues ensuring your input is heard and you have an opportunity to participate in the discussion before decisions are made

  • Smart Development

Growth that preserves the character of our neighborhoods, increases the prosperity of our families, and protects our natural resources

  • Our Fair Share

Infrastructure projects for education, stormwater, sidewalks, litter prevention, transit, libraries, and community centers. We have already paid taxes for this infrastructure, but the city has not delivered this infrastructure as its part of the contract.

  • Values-Based Budgeting

Budgets that reflect the values of our neighborhoods and ensures funding is spread across Nashville – prioritizing education and city employees

Elise Hudson

Elise Hudson

My name is Elise Hudson, and I want to be your voice in Nashville Metro Council for District 3.

I was born and raised in Whites Creek to a family of firefighters who taught me the importance of lifelong public service. Whether at the Planning Commission or a Metro Council hearing, I have fought for smart development, long overdue infrastructure improvements, and policies that strengthen our neighborhoods. I want to listen to your needs, learn about the issues important to you and your family, and earn your vote.

As a project manager, it is my job to deliver results that are on time and on budget. For over 25 years, I have helped teams from diverse traditions and cultures meet common goals across 6 continents – including Antarctica. I successfully implemented multi-million dollar projects for local governments, utility companies, and organizations like the National Science Foundation and NASA.

I intend to use that experience to work for you!
