Planning Commission – Approve Policy Change on Brick Church Lane to Rural Maintenance

Come support your neighbors as they request a change in policy on multiple properties along Brick Church Lane from T3NE (Suburban Evolving) to T2RM (Rural Maintenance).

Planning Commission meeting starts at 4PM. You will need to pass through the security metal detectors, then sign in at the table just inside the door. Residents will be allowed 2 minutes to speak regarding the proposal.

Planning Commission – SP for Briley Parkway & Whites Creek Pike to allow Warehouse in Residential Area

Come speak regarding the proposal for a Warehouse Special Plan along Briley Parkway and Whites Creek Pike (along West Green Lane). The proposal would allow a 50 foot tall series of warehouses and some commercial space. Current zoning would only allow some commercial and residential.

Community Meeting w/ Developer Proposing Warehouse SP at Whites Creek Pike & Briley Pkwy

Community Meeting with developer of proposed Special Plan zoning to build a 50 foot tall warehouse/bulk commercial site on 100+ acres at Briley Parkway and Whites Creek Pike along West Green Lane. The site is currently zoned for some commercial along Briley Parkway and rural residential units on the rest of the property.

We need community members to come ask questions and voice their concerns and opinions.

Join us for the District 3 monthly community meeting with our current councilwoman, Brenda Haywood.

Elise for Council Meet & Greet – Habenero’s May 4 from 1-3PM

The first of our Meet & Greet events will be at Habenero’s Mexican Restaurant on Saturday, May 4 from 1-3PM.

Habenero’s is located at 5432 Clarksville Pike¬†just south of Old Hickory Boulevard in District 3.

The campaign will provide appetizers and snacks, and drinks will be available for purchase. There will also be free yard signs, brochures, cards, stickers, and more.
