Community Meeting with developer of proposed Special Plan zoning to build a 50 foot tall warehouse/bulk commercial site on 100+ acres at Briley Parkway and Whites Creek Pike along West Green Lane. The site is currently zoned for some commercial along Briley Parkway and rural residential units on the rest of the property.
We need community members to come ask questions and voice their concerns and opinions.
